Melissa has expanded her expertise as licensed Cosmetologist and Barber with certifications in Brazilian Blowouts, Bellami hair extensions, halos, hair toppers, and she has completed comprehensive laser training at the NIMA Institute.

Melissa is passionate about about all things beauty and the confidence that it can create. Her primary goal is to nurture talented hairstylists who have the confidence to create stunning results from the moment they step into the salon. With her kind, can-do energy, she offers generous support and motivation to her students and staff.

Having owned her own salon, Melissa discovered her true calling for mentoring the next generation of stylists. Throughout her career, Lacey has worked at a few salons, leveraging graphic design skills, digital marketing, and exceptional customer service to grow her business and enhance salon brand visibility. She is  passionate about the business, marketing and software integration side of the beauty industry and loves to create innovative ways to streamline salon operations and improve efficiency. Her commitment to professional development is evident through her Milady Advanced Master Educator award and her continued education in teaching methodology. Her real-life experiences enrich her lessons, making learning both practical and engaging for students.
